What we can offer you
Free Pre-Contract Concept Designs
We can draw a full concept design package including floor plan, site plan and elevations for without any obligation to proceed further. Even if you come to us with a design that you like but want to make changes, we are happy to help.
Handpicked Reliable Tradies
Build7 offers a well-established collaborative working relationship between tradies who make up a dedicated build-team ensuring your build goes smoothly and according to plan.
We know the build process inside-out. Build7 Canterbury has been working in the industry for over 18 years and will give you the best inspiration and advice during the planning and build process.
Bespoke Custom Design Services
All designs can be created from scratch – we never try to talk you into a cookie-cutter set plan. Our bespoke custom design service means you will never become just another number. Bring us your ideas and let’s get to work!
Fixed Price Contracts
What we say is what you pay. No deposit is required until the formal contract is signed, plus you know exactly what the final cost is going to be and what that cost covers.
Our close knit team ensures everybody knows what’s going on right throughout your build. This includes the use of our Project Management App allowing you to track the real-time progress of your build – anywhere – anytime!
Competitive Buying Power
Through the use of our merchant partner we are able to negotiate the best possible prices, meaning we are just as competitive as any other home building company in New Zealand.
Please note the the Build7 Concept Design Service requires you to have already purchased your section or piece of land. The reason why we ask for this is so we can provide an accurate design that not only meets and exceeds your requirements but also those of the local building authorities. This includes taking into consideration where north is, any specific covenants for the sub division or area, boundary setbacks, and the maximum percentage of permitted site coverage.
